Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR4C11 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR4C11 expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR4C11 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, OR4C11 RNA expression shows 6,111 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight BRCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where OR4C11 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
