Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR4C11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR4C11 data layer compared with 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OR4C11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR4C11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, ESCA, and ACC are the cancer types where OR4C11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
