Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR4C11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR4C11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH7, PRDM13, and SLC5A7. Each is linked with OR4C11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4C11-to-partner and partner-to-OR4C11 results are reported.
