Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR4C11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR4C11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, GAPDH, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with OR4C11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR4C11-to-partner and partner-to-OR4C11 results are reported.
