Q-omics provides the consensus-scored KIAA0319L profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. KIAA0319L expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, KIAA0319L is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, KIAA0319L RNA expression shows 20,372 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight LIHC, KICH, and ACC as cancer lineages where KIAA0319L shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
