TULP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 557 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB1, C11orf72, and OR2J3. Each is linked with TULP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP1-to-partner and partner-to-TULP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TULP1 versus HOXB1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
