Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM254 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 251 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM254-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, RNU6-274P, and IGHD2-21. Each is linked with TMEM254 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM254-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM254 results are reported.
