Q-omics provides the consensus-scored TMEM238L profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. TMEM238L expression is associated with patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LGG. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, TMEM238L is differentially expressed in 12, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, TMEM238L RNA expression shows 15,083 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight LGG, KIRC, and ESCA as cancer lineages where TMEM238L shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
