TMEM238L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM238L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,083 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM238L-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM220-AS1, PIRT, and RPL15P21. Each is linked with TMEM238L in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM238L-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM238L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM238L versus TMEM220-AS1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM238L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM238L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
