RPSAP13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPSAP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,600 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPSAP13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, RRM2_S20, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with RPSAP13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPSAP13-to-partner and partner-to-RPSAP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP13 versus RRM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPSAP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPSAP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
