Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSAP13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPSAP13 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RPSAP13 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPSAP13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
KICH, BRCA, and LGG are the cancer types where RPSAP13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
