Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPSAP13 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 10 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RPSAP13’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where RPSAP13 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RPSAP13 is over-expressed in tumor.

LUAD, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPSAP13 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
