Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,378 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPS34-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANTKMT, THOC6, and CIAO3. Each is linked with MRPS34 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS34 versus ANTKMT in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
