Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM47B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM47B expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Additionally, FAM47B mutation status shows 6,625 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight READ, and UCEC as cancer lineages where FAM47B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
