Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM171B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM171B expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM171B is differentially expressed in 11, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, FAM171B RNA expression shows 19,253 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight KIRP, BLCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where FAM171B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
