Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3HAV1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3HAV1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548F3, H3P18, and IGHVII-1-1. Each is linked with ZC3HAV1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3HAV1L-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3HAV1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548F3 grouped by ZC3HAV1L-low versus ZC3HAV1L-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3HAV1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3HAV1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
