WDR74

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR74 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR74-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBTFL3, RN7SL340P, and H3P46. Each is linked with WDR74 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR74-to-partner and partner-to-WDR74 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBTFL3 grouped by WDR74-low versus WDR74-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR74→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR74) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
