Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR38-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RN7SL763P, and RN7SL478P. Each is linked with WDR38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR38-to-partner and partner-to-WDR38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by WDR38-low versus WDR38-high in UCEC.
