associated omics data
RNA, U4 small nuclear 58, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU4-58P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU4-58P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU4-58P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU4-58P RNA expression shows 6,758 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, THCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU4-58P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU4-58P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU4-58P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (10). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU4-58P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU4-58P expression shows unfavorable associations in CESC, ACC, KIRC, TGCT, OV and SKCM. The CESC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify CESC as the clearest survival context for RNU4-58P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU4-58P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU4-58P shows lower tumor expression in THCA and higher tumor expression in KIRC. The THCA box plot shows higher RNU4-58P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.100, t-test p = .028).

Cross-omics associations

This table shows molecular features associated with RNU4-58P in patient tissues and cancer cell lines. In patient samples, RNU4-58P shows the broadest associations at the RNA and protein expression levels, with COAD recurring as the lineage with the largest associated feature set.
