Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,764 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WAC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF20, RNF40, and CUL2. Each is linked with WAC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WAC-to-partner and partner-to-WAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WAC versus RNF20 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→WAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
