Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS37A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 611 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS37A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD1AP2, DUXAP2, and MIR6729. Each is linked with VPS37A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS37A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS37A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1AP2 grouped by VPS37A-low versus VPS37A-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS37A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS37A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
