Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6736 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6736 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in READ. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6736 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, MIR6736 RNA expression shows 5,809 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Together, these results highlight READ, LUAD, and KIRC as cancer lineages where MIR6736 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
