Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP54-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP432, RN7SKP214, and RN7SKP135. Each is linked with USP54 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP54-to-partner and partner-to-USP54 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP432 grouped by USP54-low versus USP54-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP54→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
