Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SKP214 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SKP214 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in SKCM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SKP214 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RN7SKP214 RNA expression shows 6,638 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight SKCM, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SKP214 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
