Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,056 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are NALCN, SEPTIN4, and TNS2. Each is linked with UNC5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC5C versus NALCN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
