UCMA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UCMA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,516 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UCMA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R26P4, PPIAP56, and RCN1P1. Each is linked with UCMA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UCMA-to-partner and partner-to-UCMA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R26P4 grouped by UCMA-low versus UCMA-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UCMA→partner) and Y-score (partner→UCMA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
