RNU6-628P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 628, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-628P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-628P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-628P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU6-628P RNA expression shows 6,465 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KIRP, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-628P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-628P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-628P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (14). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-628P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-628P expression shows unfavorable associations in KIRP, SKCM, ACC, LUSC and KIRC, but favorable associations in LAML. The KIRP Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify KIRP as the clearest survival context for RNU6-628P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-628P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-628P shows lower tumor expression in THCA and higher tumor expression in CHOL, BLCA, HNSC, KIRC and LIHC. The THCA box plot shows higher RNU6-628P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.232, t-test p = .004).
