UBR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,564 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A12, PREPL, and GORASP2. Each is linked with UBR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBR3-to-partner and partner-to-UBR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBR3 versus SLC25A12 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
