Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2O mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,359 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2O-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, LSM3, and PSMD13. Each is linked with UBE2O in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2O-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2O results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POC1A grouped by UBE2O-low versus UBE2O-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2O→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2O) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
