Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2O RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBE2O data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher UBE2O RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2O expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BRCA show a favorable association.
KIRP, LIHC, and MESO are the cancer types where UBE2O RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
