U2SURP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2SURP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,304 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2SURP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPC, SGO1, and CENPO. Each is linked with U2SURP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2SURP-to-partner and partner-to-U2SURP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, U2SURP versus SNRPC in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2SURP→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2SURP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
