TYRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,790 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1C, PARVA, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with TYRP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-TYRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYRP1 versus MYO1C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
