TULP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,750 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTG3, CFAP221, and C8orf34. Each is linked with TULP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP3-to-partner and partner-to-TULP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TULP3 versus BTG3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
