TULP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TULP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRCA2, 14-3-3_beta, and ERCC1. Each is linked with TULP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP1-to-partner and partner-to-TULP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRCA2 grouped by TULP1-low versus TULP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
