TULP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TULP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TULP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT2A1, MTRNR2L5, and MYF6. Each is linked with TULP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TULP1-to-partner and partner-to-TULP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SULT2A1 grouped by TULP1-low versus TULP1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TULP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TULP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
