TSHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 565 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8P1, FLVCR1-DT, and HDAC4-AS1. Each is linked with TSHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSHB-to-partner and partner-to-TSHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPS8P1 grouped by TSHB-low versus TSHB-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
