TRAV8-7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV8-7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV8-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, CSNK1A1P3, and RNA5SP193. Each is linked with TRAV8-7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV8-7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV8-7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV8-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV8-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
