TOP2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,252 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RFC2, and RFC4. Each is linked with TOP2A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOP2A versus RFC1_T506 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
