TOP2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD116-10, RPSAP65, and OR7E21P. Each is linked with TOP2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP2A-to-partner and partner-to-TOP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD116-10 grouped by TOP2A-low versus TOP2A-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
