Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR7E21P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR7E21P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR7E21P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, OR7E21P RNA expression shows 5,482 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR7E21P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
