TOE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,777 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3181, SDR42E1P4, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with TOE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOE1-to-partner and partner-to-TOE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3181 grouped by TOE1-low versus TOE1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
