TMEM38A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM38A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,828 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM38A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFRP1, MAN2B1, and TNNC1. Each is linked with TMEM38A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM38A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM38A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM38A versus SFRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM38A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM38A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
