Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TLR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, CXCR2, and KCNA7. Each is linked with TLR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR4-to-partner and partner-to-TLR4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR4 versus CSF3R in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
