Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TLR4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TLR4 data layer compared with 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TLR4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TLR4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TLR4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
