TIMM10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,363 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNMT1_S714, MCM5, and MCM6. Each is linked with TIMM10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM10-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TIMM10 versus DNMT1_S714 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
