TIMM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TIMM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TIMM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2P8, RPL23AP90, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with TIMM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TIMM10-to-partner and partner-to-TIMM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUTF2P8 grouped by TIMM10-low versus TIMM10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TIMM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TIMM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
