THAP7-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, THAP7-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible THAP7-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1G1P1, RN7SL248P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with THAP7-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both THAP7-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-THAP7-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1G1P1 grouped by THAP7-AS1-low versus THAP7-AS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (THAP7-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→THAP7-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
