STMN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STMN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STMN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, JMJD6, and MRPS21P6. Each is linked with STMN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STMN4-to-partner and partner-to-STMN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 grouped by STMN4-low versus STMN4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STMN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STMN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
