Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MRPS21P6 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MRPS21P6 expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MRPS21P6 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, MRPS21P6 RNA expression shows 6,423 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, UCEC, and STAD as cancer lineages where MRPS21P6 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
