Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STMN4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STMN4 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher STMN4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STMN4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and KIRC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where STMN4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
